Leading Quality Assurance provides quality assurance audits and consultancy services for international
luxury hospitality operators including hotels, cruise lines and trains.
All of our consultants are full time employees, based in the United Kingdom, with a minimum of five years
senior management experience in the luxury hospitality industry. The consultant's job is split between working
in the field and in the office. The position requires someone with the relevant experience, and who is computer
literate and able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute. In addition, the consultant must have an excellent
level of personal presentation and communication skills.
